I love this time of year. And Thanksgiving, especially, holds a special place in my heart. I love the idea behind the holiday. Whatever it has meant or will mean, to me it’s a time of gratitude and love. We gather around the table for a great feast and celebrate just being. It really is a lovely thought. There are no gifts, no pressure. We just enjoy each other’s company.

This Thanksgiving, I am incredibly grateful to all the lovely ladies who have made this site so successful. We would be nowhere without the talent and generosity of some very special women. I would like to take a moment to thank them for contributing to our monthly kits and for donating their time, as well as their beautiful products, to us here.  They put a little bit of their hearts into these kits and the charities they choose to benefit from them.

Everyone you see here has taken time out of her busy schedule to contribute to a kit. There is no profit. None that you can feel in your purse anyway. Our hearts overflow, though, at the thought of what has been accomplished. I love that we can come together and do something so profound. With the support of our loyal customers, we have raised a staggering $39,000. That is amazing, isn’t it? I am truly grateful.

Just as in life, though, there is another side of this coin. And that side is you.

Without you, our amazing customers, there would be no donations. We wouldn’t be celebrating raising $39,000. We wouldn’t even be here.
